About Me
About Dr. Constantine
1. A snapshot you won’t see on LinkedIn
I used to grade essays at 2 a.m. in a smoke-filled apartment, promising myself I’d finish my PhD “next semester.”
Weekends meant binge-drinking to mute the feeling that my best ideas were suffocating in someone else’s timetable.
Then two things happened:
- A doctor whispered “probable ADHD.”
Suddenly my “laziness” had a name—and a trail of workarounds to learn. - The world locked down.
Standing still felt lethal, so I moved: quit cigarettes, traded pub nights for 6 a.m. workouts, and started teaching English online with nothing but shaky Wi-Fi and a webcam.
I revisited my Business and Marketing material from my university years and began studying the latest developments in the field. I went on to complete further training and became a certified Life and Business Coach.
Two years later, I submitted my doctoral thesis—relying on a stack of productivity apps to help me plan, stay organized, and stay on track throughout the process.

2. When overwhelm, not tech, nearly stopped me
The strangest part of chasing a PhD while teaching full-time wasn’t the workload;
it was the noise—twelve “right” ways to structure a chapter, twenty tools I should be using, and one inner critic that rewrote every paragraph before I hit save.
I spent evenings pinballing between possibilities:
Maybe I should specialise in policy? Or curriculum?—paralysed, not for lack of skill, but from too many doors and no map.
The breakthrough wasn’t a new app.
It was a one-page decision matrix I sketched on scrap paper:
columns for impact, joy, feasibility; rows for every tempting idea.
Scores, circles, one winner—everything else parked for later.
That simple matrix became the clarity ritual I now guide clients through before we build anything online.
3. What I learned the hard way
- Systems beat motivation.
25-minute focus sprints and colour-coded boards carried me past every dopamine lull. - Introverts don’t need louder voices—just clearer processes.
I’m INTJ-T; networking drains me. So I built quiet funnels that speak for me while I stay off the stage. - Tech can be a bridge, not a barrier—if someone shows the steps without the jargon.
4. Who I am on paper
- PhD in Education Policy
- ICF-trained coach with certifications in ADHD, Confidence, Positive Psychology, NLP, and Solution-Focused coaching
- NASM-certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach
- Amazon-bestselling author of Scrivener 3 Express.
But the real résumé is a stack of messy notebooks, half-typed prompts, and the “aha” messages students send when a screen-share finally clicks.
5. Why I teach the entire engine, not just the speedometer
I don’t promise you five-figure months.
I promise you’ll understand every knob and lever of your online business—because I’ll turn them with you, on screen, until your own hands memorise the moves.
And once you know, you can’t un-know.
Next year’s idea, the one after that, the pivot you haven’t even imagined—the process will still be yours.

What My Clients Say
Testimonials from my clients across different disciplines
“Constantine did a great job coaching me using the NLP methodology. He was kind, genuine, passionate, and driven. He helped me make a decision that I had a hard time making. He caused me to weigh possible solutions and decide on a path that best fit my goals. I would highly recommend his coaching services.”
“I went to Constantine with a personal attribute issue that was very important to me. The only time I had dared share it, another coach laughed it off as no big deal which caused me internal pain. This was a big deal to me! Since then, I hadn’t felt comfortable sharing it with any other person, especially in a coaching situation.
…
Thanks to him and that session, I feel the issue is a non-issue now, or at least fast becoming a non-issue with the skills I’ve learned in dealing with it.
Constantine is the perfect Coach for anyone who needs a mentor, a guide or advocate to help them overcome obstacles keeping them stuck or keeping them from progressing. He is understanding, knowledgeable with plenty of life experience from which to draw upon, dedicated to helping his client achieve their goals, capable and competent in the skills he has worked to learn, is able to discern his clients moods and feelings, and he is so kind, warm, and compassionate! Thank you, Constantine!”
Identity & Empowerment Coach
Hello Constantine,
I am grateful for the support you’ve given me throughout and just wanted to share this with you.
Business coaching that I did with you truly helped me to bridge the gap between me and the client. In the beginning I was little lost as I didn’t know what to do in order to make aware of my coaching. Once I enrolled in with you and started Fb ads soon I started attracting more new clients. Plus I received the clarity as what I need to do next in my coaching.
You were very patient with me and also very generous with the time sometimes giving me more than one hour which I really appreciate. That’s what I really need from a coach who is there when I really need him and who is willing to go an extra mile for me. You were quite resourceful and gave me suggestions as how I can go about creating the course.
Which was quite motivating me to initiate with the course. Also the adjustments we have done in the website as well as how to set up mail campaigns open up whole new possibilities in my coaching.
Thanks again for the support Konstantine. I am very grateful. I feel blessed to have met you in the right time when I really required your support.
